What on earth has Telecoms and the PSTN ( Public Service Telephone Network ) to do with Websites, simple your website can be configured to handle voicemail from several phone lines with Geographic numbers ( e.g. 0115 98765432 ) on the PSTN at very little or no cost to yourself, and no line rental ! The voicemails are forwarded on to your computer as an email, simply open the email and press the play button on the player displayed in the email to hear the message. I have been running this system for over four years with 5 lines or separate phone numbers on the PSTN, a full implementation can be effected with very little capital outlay, calls costing between 0.6p to 1.19p per min to UK Landlines ---- 10.00p to Mobiles, ---- United States 1.5p min etc, etc.
